跟賣跟的理直氣壯
跟賣一直是讓賣家十分頭疼的事件,跟賣無孔不入,日防夜防,跟賣難防。很多時候,跟賣都感覺自己是理所當然的,并沒有做錯什么事情。這不,一賣家被跟賣之后,自己還沒說什么呢?跟賣倒是先找上自己了,給賣家發(fā)了一封這樣的郵件:
I
know you are a Chinese seller. Of course I can find what I sell. If you have
brand registration, please provide your
uspto number and I will stop selling immediately. If not, everybody is allowed to
sell this product. Your listing is nothing, I sell only one for a whole day. I
have a lot of listings better. Your listing is a very small case. Its up to me to continue
selling or not. If I got a 1 starfb or a
to z recently, you will get a dozen, believe or not Guess how many accounts I have. If many
accounts report you for selling fake product
dozens of times. Your account will be closed shortly. I am not selling on Amazon yesterday. And I have
already done this to some guys before. Neither u nor I wanna see that happen. I
might stop selling this product tomorrow because no orders on it. I do not
wanna waste my time. Try to make your
listing better, maybe I will have more interests.
這位跟賣大哥,跟賣人家的產(chǎn)品說的可謂是理直氣壯的,絲毫不感覺自己有什么不對。
郵件大概意思是說,如果賣家能夠提供產(chǎn)品的商標或者專利,我將立即停止跟賣,如果不是,我就有權(quán)利進行跟賣。同時,威脅賣家自己有多個賬號,如果不讓自己跟賣,就會一直投訴賣家有假貨,直到讓賣家的賬戶關(guān)閉。
跟賣究竟該如何解決?
賣家在遇到上面問題的時候,可能想到的第一件事情就是要申訴,可是很多時候申訴成功率不是特別高,但也有執(zhí)著的賣家會一直申訴,最終申訴成功的案例。
要想申訴成功一般亞馬遜會要求賣家:
1.郵件一定要寫清楚被侵權(quán)的品牌名;
2.列舉侵權(quán)的賣家和侵權(quán)的ASIN鏈接,侵權(quán)了哪個品牌名;
3.要有官方、權(quán)威的證據(jù)證明你是Brand owner,例如提供商標證書和美標官網(wǎng)的品牌信息直線鏈接;
4.如果已經(jīng)通過亞馬遜品牌備案2.0,可以提供case ID。
也有賣家透露,說進行二次備案可以去掉跟賣按鈕。但是經(jīng)過驗證,二次備案也還是無法避免被跟賣,已經(jīng)有驗證過的賣家反饋二次備案完成后還是有不斷的跟賣者加入自己listing隊伍中。
